If you are adding more titles to the KoaBD track then I am all for it. One of the only title tracks I haven't tried for over any characters has been skill hunter because there has never been an end in sight. They do say that happiness comes from achieveable goals, right?

Yes to the split of titles. I started capping skills (have 290) for the skill title track and for the KoaBD/PKM master title track. If I had known that the skill title would never apply to the KoaBD I probably never would have started it. So, please split them up.

I would like to see the current non-maxable skill title track remain as the "International" track. I like the idea of a neverending title, that is a known neverending title from the beginning, that shows everyone how determined you are about capping skills.

I think one for cartography would be great too: Worldwide Grandmaster Cartographer (1)(2)(3)(4) etc. Non-maxable, yet allows me to show that I am insane enough to run the edges of all 3 chapters and call it "fun".

Thanks Gaile!

i think this is a really good idea. When i started going for skill hunter title i belived that you coulod max it out (didnt really think about it that much just assumed) so whne i found out that you couldnt i was dissapointed that after al the work i had done i wasnt going to get a maxed title no matter how hard i tryed. so i think giving a individual title for each campaign is a gd way to give peopel a goal to reach and help with the KOBD title. I also think that introducing a "International" track would keep the die hard skill hunters happy because they can show that they do not only have all the skills from one campaign but from many.

I think Maxable Chapter specific is best.

*And I'm saying this even when it means I lose my adept skill hunter title (160+ elites so far)*

Having an endless title track isn't that great, well I guess you could say Hero title is endless since there is no Fame Cap, but each level of that title grants you more balt cap and every 3 lvls grants you a new emote, so it not maxxing isnt that horrible.

I agree with this title change. I've been working on the skill titles for quite some time. Getting the skill points and money for this title is very time consuming and i'd like to be rewarded for my effort.

I like the idea of regional titles and the international titles.

I voted for campaign specific titles.

I've already voiced my favorable opinion of this change, but I would like to add one suggestion. How about an account-wide title for the number of maxed titles on your account ? Just have an unending number of levels - one for each maxed title on the account. You could display it on your characters that you don't focus on, to show that you have done a lot of things, just not on that particular character. I don't think this (or the international skill hunter, protector, or cartography titles) should be maxable, since to me that would be double counting, but it would be nice to display something while you play your "off" characters.

Excellent idea imo...keeps there from being an excess of "international this, international that" titles and creates a title that takes a true amount of effort.

I also like the idea to become an international what so ever.
It would also become much more simple to get KoabD when someone only has one or two chapters.
To get some benefit from the skill hunter title like it was already said pay less for skills would also be a nice idea.
But at this time its enough to split the title in three. Never coming to an end with a title is *aaaargh*

Had to take some time to think about it; I will personally lose my skill title because I know I'm spread out across the campaigns, but at the same time I will gain the chance to max things out, and will have more incentive to go get those bad evil elites that are hard to reach. It's a bit of an anticlimax getting a skill hunter rank at the moment because you know you can never finish it.

I do need to know about Core skills though, or it's too confusing. I'm sure the team has thought of this though??

I agree with those that say KOABD is easier every chapter anyway. It still takes a conscious effort to go and get it. And more people having it doesn't hurt anyone in any way, so stop moaning. That title will gain extra ranks to aim for, there will always be a prestige title that the few have.

I wouldn't mind adding new titles, but I am totaly against getting rid of the old skill hunter titles. I would prefer to wear my skill hunter title over KoaBD just bacause KoaBD is so easy to get now, and I dont like having the same title as everyone else :-P. The way it is now is almost like a PvE version of the Hero titles, which I think is nice to have.

Skill hunter is one of the few tracks I persue so some way to earn max titles toward koabd would be good as long as it was somehow retroactive to all the folks who had been working on skill hunter. And just renaming the skill hunter track to International would be the easiest way to preserve that if you add in the campaign specific ones.

as for the poll neither option is really good. needs to be a 3rd option for:
changing skill hunter to International Skill Hunter and adding campaign specific titles

Thanks Gaile!
Thats the point. I totally agree.

I also didnt know that skill hunter title is not maxable (I reached 215 skills or something by now), so I would be very confident if there is such a change giving me 2 new maxed skill hunter titles in exchange for my progressed skillhunter title (dont know the correct english expression). Its so unfair to have a title you really worked hard for but which will never be possible to max.

I think it's a...little resounding that people are in favor...

I've thought that this is the way it should have been from the beginning.
